Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@owbia.com or via our website's chat box. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Kindly provide photographic proof of the product defect/damage along with a brief description of the issue..
  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, please send your proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation including the date of purchase).
  • Return Shipping Fee: The return shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Simple steps outlined in our troubleshooting guide may help resolve many issues, potentially providing the solution you are seeking.

  1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@owbia.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, usually 5-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@owbia.com.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@owbia.com and send your item to the return address provided.
